To register and maintain an active TCWBet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
To open a TCWBet account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You will also be required to select a username and a secure password.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. TCWBet may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, and/or the ownership of payment methods used on the Platform. Acceptable documentation typically includes a government-issued identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and a copy of the payment instrument used for deposits.
Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing or the temporary restriction of account access until verification is complete.
You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. If your personal details change (including your residential address, phone number, or email address), you must update your account information promptly. TCWBet currently supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players:
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for fiat payment methods (e-wallets and bank transfers) and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier — refer to the Platform's deposit page for current limits.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are credited instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation requirements and may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on network congestion and the number of required confirmations.
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. TCWBet reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party payment methods and may request KYC documentation to confirm payment ownership.
Withdrawals may only be requested to payment methods previously used to deposit into your TCWBet account or to payment accounts verified as belonging to the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods are not permitted.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance meets the minimum requirement.
TCWBet aims to process all withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to KYC verification status and any active review requirements:
TCWBet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where unusual account activity has been detected. Where bonus funds are present in your account balance, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Cash deposits and any winnings derived purely from non-bonus funds are not subject to wagering requirements and remain withdrawable at any time.
All bonuses and promotions offered by TCWBet are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for the purposes of that promotion.

Welcome bonuses are available to new members on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through separate accounts constitutes Restricted Activity.
Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion (typically 14–30 days from the date of bonus credit unless otherwise stated). Bets placed on games with a game contribution rate below 100% will count proportionally toward wagering completion. Live casino table games, baccarat, and sportsbook bets may carry reduced contribution rates — refer to individual promotion pages for applicable rates.
TCWBet actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse including, but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, coordination between multiple accounts to exploit referral programmes, and repeated exploitation of promotions across related accounts. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, TCWBet reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus, void associated winnings, and restrict or close the account.
Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible accounts automatically during the member's birthday month based on the VIP tier held at the time of credit (Bronze: MYR 188 / Silver: MYR 388 / Gold: MYR 888 / VIP: MYR 2,688). Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are credited upon the referred member completing their first qualifying deposit. All loyalty bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements.
All bets placed on TCWBet are subject to acceptance by TCWBet. TCWBet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason, including where the acceptance of a bet would expose TCWBet to unusual or disproportionate liability.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and account tier. TCWBet reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits at its discretion.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, spreads, or any other betting parameter — whether caused by a human error, a technical fault, or erroneous data feed — TCWBet reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. TCWBet will use reasonable commercial efforts to identify and correct manifest errors in a timely manner.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected sporting events including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events as listed on the Platform. In-play odds are updated in real time and bets are accepted electronically. Due to the nature of live events, TCWBet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets temporarily and to void bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined.
The official result of any sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement shall be the result used for settlement purposes on TCWBet. TCWBet is not liable for results subsequently amended by governing bodies after initial settlement, though we will make commercially reasonable efforts to honour material corrections.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TCWBet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the TCWBet Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, logos, brand names, text, graphics, software, databases, user interfaces, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of TCWBet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TCWBet, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
TCWBet's aggregate liability to any individual Member for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits TCWBet's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
TCWBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice where TCWBet has reasonable grounds to believe that:
In the event of account suspension for cause, TCWBet reserves the right to retain account balances pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure for any reason, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements. TCWBet shall have no further obligation to you following return of eligible funds.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to TCWBet's operating jurisdiction.

These Terms are published in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with the English-language version. TCWBet operates as an English-language platform targeting Malaysian users, and English shall be the governing language for all contractual and dispute-resolution purposes.
